Welcome to the Lake Park community!Wilderness Pointe Homeowners Association (Lake Park HOA) is a 33 home, self managed association in Maple Valley, Washington. Currently, the board is completely volunteer based, with 2-3 home owners serving 2 year terms as board members.

2023 dues are due by June 1. They cover the upcoming year thru May 31st. For more information on dues and payment methods, navigate to Documents > Governing Documents > Wilderness Point (Lake Park) HOA Annual Dues (PDF) using the left menu.
